First, the U.S. was urging world leaders to completely isolate President of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro, including through ceasing any commercial operations with the local companies. However, on May 11th, the USA began purchasing oil from Venezuela.
"Is that okay? It seems it is. Every time's the same. First, they encourage everyone to do one thing, then, they make a 180-degree turn, abandoning those who gave in".
