The Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine recognized the obvious; Kiev's hostilities in Donbass are outlawed.

This was stated by lawyer Oleg Zhivotov. Article 17 of the country's constitution states that the army can only be used to repel external aggression. Using it in a domestic conflict is considered to be illegal.

The lawyer said that the conclusion was made by experts from the Prosecutor General’s Office in the case against the former Chief of Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces, Vladimir Zamana. He is accused of treason.

Actually, now every Ukrainian military person who was in Donbass can be prosecuted.
